Green Venues in partnership with Green Building Education Services offers you LEED® training nationwide. Our program includes, public and in-house training, as well as virtual online training for Green Associate Exam Preparation.
Our courses are designed to give you the competitive edge needed in this fast growing Green industry. This educational opportunity is for anyone interested in the specializing in the Green Building Industry or professionals who would like to add this credential to their resume to assist them in their career transition to Green.

Principles of Sustainable Design: An Introduction to Building Green
Course Summary
This introductory class will define Green Building as an integrative and holistic process. The class will include intents and strategies for Green Building. It will include an overview of the LEED® rating system and the high performance building. This course provides a solid foundation for the LEED® GA training courses.

Course Summary
In this 2 day - 16 hour classroom training, you will learn about green building and LEED® fundamentals. All topics are geared toward understanding the core concepts of LEED® and preparing you for the LEED® Green Associate exam and for part one of the new two part LEED® AP exam. Participants will receive training on the concepts that are fundamental to the LEED® Rating Systems and will learn successful green building strategies. The training series concludes with an overview of recommended study methods, exam-taking skills and practice questions for the LEED® Green Associate exam.
