LEED Expert Services

Document Review - $250 per hour.
Expert Testimony - $400 per hour plus expenses

Commercial Energy Auditor Services

Initial consultation is at no charge. There are two ways to pay for an Energy Audit.

     1. The Audit will be charged by Estimated Project Cost with three (3) installments. Project start, midway point and conclusion of Audit.

     2. The Audit will be charged by Estimated Annual Energy Savings, to be paid at conclusion of Energy Audit.

Neither payment will include the implementation of the Audit. Green Venues will recommend MEP contractors and will supervise implementation of recommendations for a per project fee based on size and scope of project.

Commercial Energy Auditor Consulting - $350 per hour plus travel and expenses.

Two hour minimum. This service includes a survey and initial recommendation based on a walk through of site only.
